In 2002, the Selmer Company and the United Musical Instruments company merged to form the Conn-Selmer company.

Conn-Selmer is the North American distributor of Henri Selmer Paris woodwinds.

The main products sold are band and orchestra instruments and accessories.

Bb Clarinet

Selmer CL711

The Selmer CL711 Bb clarinet model is designed for beginner clarinetists.

The body, barrel, and bell are made out of hard rubber. The keys are made of nickel-plated materials.

The bore is large so it is more easy-blowing.

This clarinet comes with a case, mouthpiece, mouthpiece cap, ligature, and clarinet care accessories.

Selmer CL211

The Selmer CL211 is an intermediate Bb clarinet.

This clarinet is made out of Grenadilla wood. The keys are silver-plated material.

The bore in this clarinet is a medium-small bore, providing more resistance to help players develop strong air support. It also helps players achieve a warm and well-controlled tone.

The clarinet comes with a free Coda Smart Music Studio software, a case, Selmer USA mouthpiece, mouthpiece cap, and ligature.

The Recital

The Selmer Recital clarinet is a professional-level clarinet by Selmer Paris.

Its body, barrel, and bell material are made out of Grenadilla wood. The key material is silver-plating. The pads are made out of leather.

The Recital clarinet features a left-pinky Eb key.

The bore in the Recital clarinet is very thick, providing the clarinet with a darker tone. However, due to the thick bore, the volume does not project as well as the Signature clarinet. It's a great clarinet for solo and chamber music

This model is also offered as an A clarinet.

The Signature

The Signature clarinet model by Selmer-Paris is a professional-level Bb clarinet.

Selmer Paris 65 Professional Low Eb

The Selmer Paris 65 Professional Low Eb bass clarinet is the new standard bass clarinet for orchestras and concert bands.

The upper and lower joints are made out of Grenadilla wood. The neck is made out of silver-plated material and the bell is made out of silver-plated brass. The keywork is made out of silver-plated nickel, silver, and brass.

The bass clarinet comes with an adjustable peg.

The range extends down to low Eb.
